Nautical Navigators:
A 3-Day Growth Journey at Sea

This Isn't Just A Camp
For families raising brave, kind, purposeful kids — from the inside out.
You’re not here for a packed schedule or performance-based program. You’re here for something real.
At The Facilitators' Project, we don’t sell activities. We create experiences that shape identity.
This 3-day sea-based journey is built for children who are ready to explore with heart — supported by trained facilitators, immersive storytelling, meaningful play, and real conversations.
We do it differently — by building trust, reflection, and emotional confidence into every step of the journey. Because children don’t grow from pressure — they grow from presence. And because it’s never too early to learn how to lead, reflect, and rise.
Led by experienced facilitators grounded in youth development, sustainability, and emotional learning — the people behind the camp are what make it truly different.
"We don't teach leadership. We hold space for children to practise it."

What This Camp Is Really About
This is not a sailing or survival camp. The yacht is professionally crewed.
This is a leadership and emotional growth experience at sea —
where your child steps into:
The courage to try
The empathy to listen
The confidence to speak
The self-awareness to reflect
Whether your child is naturally bold or beautifully quiet, we meet them where they are — and help them discover where they’re ready to go.

Meet Your Facilitators

Dean Ng
Founder of The Facilitators’ Project, Dean is a youth health educator at Republic Polytechnic and a former police officer at Republic Polytechnic. She is a certified Forest School coach and seasoned circle facilitator who brings clarity, structure, and warmth to every experience.

Brenda Ng
Brenda is a finance professional and sustainability advocate who brings systems thinking, calm facilitation, and thoughtful guidance to every session. Her passion for responsible living and values-led choices helps children see how their small decisions ripple out — across teams, nature, and self.
Together, they create space for growth that is structured but never forced — held with presence, purpose, and play.
Why We Created This Camp?
We've seen how nature, story, and presence can unlock the best in children.
This camp is a response to what many parents have quietly asked for: not more content, but more courage. Not more pressure, but more purpose.
We created Nautical Navigators to hold that space — especially for the heart-centered families looking for something deeper.
